Use IsItUp only for systems you own or are authorized to monitor. Do not use the checker or monitoring engine for port scanning, vulnerability testing, unauthorized access, or probing private infrastructure.
Monitoring signals
Checks are observations from configured monitoring locations and boundaries. They are not a warranty, service-level commitment, or guarantee that every outage will be detected.
Account responsibility
Keep credentials, API tokens, webhook secrets, and monitor configuration secure. Use least-privilege tokens and rotate secrets when exposure is suspected.
Plan-controlled features
Monitor limits, check intervals, reporting periods, screenshots, notifications, API access, teams, and exports depend on the active account configuration.
