Marketing preferences

Use the unsubscribe or preference link in an IsItUp marketing email. Suppression must be respected even if the same address later uses the checker.

Unsubscribe

A valid unsubscribe request removes the address from marketing delivery and remains recorded as a suppression state.

Transactional messages about an account, monitor, incident, security event, or requested support action are separate from marketing preferences.

Contact the IsItUp team with the address that received the message and the approximate date. Never send a password, API token, or webhook secret.
